Our Mission:
The Department of Youth Advocacy will make school a place that students want to be by ensuring educational spaces are physically and emotionally safe, each student belongs and contributes to the campus community; and students engage in opportunities that shape their own education.
Our Vision:
The Department of Youth Advocacy will:
- make campuses safer
- nurture the campus community as a whole
- engage the individual student
- support school sites as they continue to make an investment in students' lives by forming positive working relationships with students
Students will:
- have multiple opportunities to make a positive connection on the campus and in their communities
- publicly demonstrate voice & agency through action activities
- know what resources are available to them
