Peer Enrichment Program (PEP)

The Peer Enrichment Program offers confidential and voluntary support to all classroom teachers.

The classroom teacher identifies the supports in the collaborative work.

   

Supports may include but are not limited to:

  • Setting up your classroom to incorporate structures and procedures to support student learning, including visual supports
  • Planning for student engagement and curriculum implementation
  • Incorporating technology as an engagement tool
  • Supporting SPED including aligning goals to instruction, creating data collection sheets, small group instruction, organization of IEP implementation, communication with parents, teachers and PIFS, scheduling student support, etc.
  • Assessing students for learning
  • Designing/Modeling/Co-teaching lessons
  • Standards-Based Grading
  • Implementing site-based programs
